Thank you for choosing ePowerbikes. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our return policy to understand the guidelines and procedures for returns, refunds, and restocking fees that apply to all components, accessories, and ebikes sold by ePowerbikes.

Returns of New and Unused Items within 14 Days of Receipt:
If you wish to return a new and unused item within 14 days of receiving it, you can do so for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. We do not charge any restocking fees in this case. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient, except in the event of a shipping error on our part. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.

Returns of Used Items within 30 Days of Purchase:
For items returned in a used condition within 30 days of purchase, you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. Additionally, a restocking fee of 35% of the purchase price will apply. The returned item must be free from any damage, and the odometer of an electric bicycle must indicate a mileage of less than 10 miles.

Returns of New and Unused Items Outside the 14-Day Window within 30 Days:
If you need to return a new and unused item beyond the initial 14-day period but within 30 days of purchase, a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be applicable, along with return shipping charges. The item must be in new and unused condition. During the return merchandise authorization process, please use the shipping label provided by ePowerbikes.

Returns Mechanics, COD and Timing:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team using the “Contact Us” information. We will notify you via email once we process your return. No specific return material authorizations or permission numbers are required. Refunds are typically processed within 72 hours and credited to your original payment method. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery (COD) shipments.

No Bike Shop Returns:
Kindly note that our partner bike shops have their own return and exchange policies. We are unable to accept returns for items purchased from bike shops. For any concerns, please reach out to the place of purchase to discuss their specific return policy.

Refused Shipments – Flat Fee:
In the event that you refuse delivery of an order that was originally shipped to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $75 per ebike to partially cover our shipping costs. Please note that we cannot modify, intercept, or cancel orders that have already been shipped. If a refused delivery is returned to us, we will treat it as a return and issue a refund for the purchase price, minus $75, via your original payment method.

Battery Returns:
Due to shipping carrier restrictions on high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, we are unable to accept returns for battery purchases. These restrictions prohibit the return of batteries via shipping carriers.
